I stayed in a family suite. it had a hot tub. there was a direct link to the beach which i liked. different cuisine options were available. Not all restaurants were included in the all inclusive though the all-inclusive restaurant had plenty of choices.
the service for room service was prolonged. i had to wait 30 minutes. sometimes i reminded them two or three times for a tea bag. the room was not cleaned after i reminded them twice. when it got cleaned, they forgot to clean one bed and change the dirty cups.

When i arrived, the welcome was warm and friendly. the room had a lot of cupboards, a full mini bar, and two balconies. the whirlpool was the highlight, and the shower had great water pressure. the food had a huge selection of everything. I could dream of fresh products daily. a special thanks to the waiter samek, a polite and thoughtful person!
The hotel is really lacking in bars inside. the hotel only has one bar upstairs. It is nice and clean with comfortable seating if you can get a seat. this was the only minor inconvenience i encountered.

The room included two balconies and ample cupboard space. It made storing our belongings easy. the mini bar was fully stocked. water pressure in the shower was consistently strong.

The pools were always clean. They provided a refreshing escape from the sun. access to the private beach was convenient, with several water activities available. the gym had a variety of equipment.

Staff members were generally polite and tried to assist us with our needs promptly. samek, our waiter, was especially thoughtful. He ensured we had everything we needed during meals. the cleaning staff kept the rooms very tidy

i found the food to be nice with plenty of variety for everyone! the staff were consistently kind and generous and willing to assist with any needs.
the sunbeds were often reserved early. they were unavailable but this is expected at many hotels, so it was a minor inconvenience.

a little slice of heaven

the staff was lovely, each person seemed happy to lend a hand and their warmth added to our stay. there were many food options available, and the quality was amazing with so much choice on display. the hotel was very clean and well kept and i felt relaxed at all times. the pools were indeed beautiful and provided a refreshing escape from the sun.

the hotel's situation benefits from being close to local markets, i loved that i could easily wander and explore the local culture. private parking is available, it gave me peace of mind knowing our vehicle was secure. it made outings very simple.

dining was diverse, several restaurants offering excellent cuisine meant we were never bored. the all inclusive ultra package included food around the clock, it was a nice touch. i particularly enjoyed the turkish sweets like baklava, so delicious.

our room included a sea view from the balcony, and it was lovely waking up to the horizon each morning. the beautiful double room was spacious, i found it well equipped. the bathrooms included nice touches.

the resort is large, i loved the kids club that catered to all ages. there are several swimming pools, and a slide offering entertainment. the wifi network covers the entire resort, i was always connected.

The pool was decent, and the outdoor areas were acceptable. They offered enough activities to keep everyone entertained.
The food wasn't great. I was like i was eating leftovers most of the time, and the variety was seriously lacking. I ended up eating chips and pasta most days to avoid anything questionable.
